302 INTERACTIVE, ORLANDO ECONOMIC PARTNERSHIP HEAD TO SOUTH FLORIDA TO FOSTER COLLABORATION WITH MIAMI TECH
Apr 04, 2022

ORLANDO, Fla.

302 Interactive and Orlando Economic Partnership leaders announce an initiative to encourage and foster increased collaboration between Central Florida’s leading businesses and Miami’s tech community, starting with a presence at this month’s two-day eMerge Americas tech event at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

“eMerge Americas has become the place to be for technology companies in Florida, like ours,” 302 Interactive CEO Kyle Morrand said. “Just the sheer volume of technologists in attendance helps businesses like ours make valuable connections and contributions in a direct way. As Orlando grows its tech community, it’s important that we continue to collaborate with the rest of the state.”

Orlando tech companies most recently converged in Tampa for the city’s tech-centric Synapse conference.

The organizations will sponsor a space at the conference, which is widely recognized as one of the premier tech events in the southeast and annually draws more than 15,000 to south Florida.

The technology community in Orlando has seen swift growth in 2022. That growth and energy, while seeded and started in the timeframe just before the coronavirus shut down businesses in March of 2020, has intensified in recent months.

In just the last month, Orlando’s Stax reached a valuation of more than $1 billion , SightPlan sold for $135 million and Electronic Arts officially opened its doors on a 175,000-square-foot East Coast headquarters downtown.

To build on that momentum, Orlando Economic Partnership representatives will attend eMerge Americas alongside 302 Interactive.

Having a physical presence at South Florida’s premiere technology event will help build collaborative energy between Orlando and Miami’s rapidly growing technology ecosystem.

302 Interactive is a digital user experience lab in Orlando that brings cutting-edge technology and the human experience together to solve important problems for clients.

The company has made a conscious effort to establish itself as a business that uses “tech for good,” that is, using technology to benefit the greater community through the experiences it creates.

Members of Miami’s tech community are invited to visit 302 Interactive and learn about the company’s capabilities at Booth 427.
